White Chocolate Cheesecake

2 8 0z. Packages Cream Cheese softened
1 Cup Melted White Chocolate
2 Eggs, well beaten
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Sour Cream
2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength
1/2 teas. Watkins Almond Extract
1 - 9 Inch Deep Dish Graham Cracker Piecrust

Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extract together and beat until smooth, add sour cream and blend. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
