Watkins Vegetarian Lentil Stew

Watkins Vegetarian Lentil Stew

1 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
2 onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups lentils
4 cups Watkins Vegetarian Soup Stock  
2 Tbsp Watkins Parsley  
1 tsp. Watkins Oregano  
1 tsp. Watkins Thyme
1 tsp. Watkins Sea Salt 
1/2 tsp. Watkins Granulated Black Pepper
12 baby turnips, cut in half or quarters
12 small carrots, coarsely chopped
6 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 lbs fresh peas, shelled   

In large pan over medium heat add Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil, onion and garlic. Gently cook for 7-8 minutes. Add washed lentils, Watkins Vegetarian Soup Stock, and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add turnips and carrots; cook about 10 minutes. Add green onions and fresh peas; cook 5 minutes more.
