Watkins Italian Whole Wheat Fettuccine with Spring Vegetables

Watkins Basil

1 package whole wheat fettuccine
2 cups fresh or 1 10 oz. package frozen asparagus
1 Tbsp Watkins Healthy Butter
1 medium zucchini cut into julienne strips
2 cups fresh or 1 10 oz. package frozen green peas
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 Tbsp. Watkins Basil
1/2 tsp. Watkins Fire Pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Cook asparagus until tender crisp. Drain. In large skillet over medium heat add Watkins Healthy Butter, asparagus, zucchini and peas for about 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Mix vegetable mixture with fettuccine and refrigerate. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
