Watkins Sweet & Spicy Yams
1 medium - large yam
Watkins Cinnamon
Watkins Allspice
Prepare as many yams as you wish, using one per person.
Scrub yam thoroughly and prick several times with a fork. Trim away ends and slice
lengthwise in half. Sprinkle each half with a little Watkins Cinnamon
and Watkins Allspice,
wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet (a must). Bake at 500 degrees for 1 hour & 45
minutes. Remove and unwrap. The natural sugar makes a caramelized syrup all on it's own.
Peel and serve.
