Watkins Smoky Meatballs

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Watkins Onion Flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Granules
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1 cup Watkins Barbecue Sauce Concentrate
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water

Mix together until lightly blended the ground beef, Watkins Onion Flakes, salt, Watkins Pepper, Watkins Garlic Granules, cracker crumbs, egg and milk. Shape into meat balls about the size of walnuts. Brown on all sides in hot Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil.

In a large pan, mix together until blended Watkins Barbecue Sauce Concentrate, ketchup and water. Place the browned meat balls in this sauce and simmer for 20 mins. Pour meat balls and sauce into chafing dish and serve with small picks.

Yield: 8 dozen
Serving = 2 meatballs
