Watkins Hot Cocoa

1/4 cup Watkins Pure Cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
Dash salt
1/3 cup hot water
4 cups milk
3/4 tsp. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan; stir in hot water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, boil and stir
2 minutes. Add milk, stir and heat. Do not boil. Remove from heat; add Watkins Vanilla and beat with a rotary beater until foamy.

Makes about 6 servings
