
Watkins Herb Roasted Potatoes
1/2 Lb. Small Red Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
3/4 teas. Watkins
Rosemary
3/4 teas. Watkins
Dry Mustard
1/2 teas. Watkins
Sage
1/2 teas. Watkins
Thyme
1/4 teas. Watkins
Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt, divided
Preheat oven to 450* F or prepare grill for direct heat.
With vegetable peeler remove strip of skin from around center of each potato. In large
bowl, combine oil, rosemary, mustard, sage, thyme and pepper. Add potatoes; toss to
combine. Cut 4 (12" long) pieces of foil; spread 3/4 tsp. salt over center of each
piece. Divide potato mixture evenly among foil pieces, roll potatoes in the salt. Tightly
wrap potatoes in foil. Place packets in oven or on grill. Cook, turning packets once,
until potatoes are tender, 30-35 minutes in oven or 20-25 minutes on grill.
Note: Be sure to use the heavy duty
foil.
