Watkins Herbed Zucchini Sticks
1 pound zucchini
2 tsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/3 cup water
t Tbsp. Watkins Minced Green Onions
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Watkins Beef
Soup Base
1/2 tsp. Watkins
Parsley
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Thyme
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Garlic Granules
1/4 tsp. Watkins
Soup & Vegetable Seasoning
Wash zucchini and cut in half. Slice thinly lengthwise,
then cut each thin slice into julienne sticks. Combine Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
water and remaining ingredients in large heavy skillet; heat to boiling. Add zucchini
sticks and cook quickly over high heat; turning constantly with pancake turner. Cook only
until zucchini is crisp-tender, not more than 5 minutes. Serve at once.
