Watkins Easy Low-Fat Lasagna

Watkins Cooking Spray
8 oz lean ground raw turkey or beef
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 1/2 tsp. Watkins
Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Watkins
Garlic Granules
1/2 tsp. Watkins
Pepper
7 oz uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cups reduced-fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
In nonstick skillet coated with Watkins Cooking Spray,
cook meat over medium heat for 3 minutes or until no longer pink; drain grease if
necessary. Stir in tomatoes and next four ingredients. Spread 1/3rd of meat mixture onto
bottom of 11 x 7 baking dish. Arrange half of the uncooked noodles over sauce. Spread with
half the cottage cheese. Layer another third of the meat sauce, remaining noodles, cottage
cheese and remainder of sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 45-55 minutes
or until noodles are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered
for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
to allow lasagna to firm up.
