Watkins Cinnaberry Muffins

Watkins Cinnaberry Muffins

1 cup. chopped orange sections
1 1/2 cup unbleached white flour, sifted
2 tsp. Watkins Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Watkins Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Watkins Allspice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Watkins Orange Extract

Drain orange segments on paper towels. Sift flour with Watkins Baking Powder, Watkins Nutmeg, Watkins Cinnamon, Watkins Allspice and sugar into a large mixing bowl. In separate bowl, blend Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil, egg, water & Watkins Orange Extract. Add to flour mixture and stir just until moistened. (dough will be stiff) Fold in drained orange segments. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
