Velveeta Fudge

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
4 (1 lb.) Boxes Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Watkins Baking Cocoa
1 lb. Butter (no substitutes)
2 Cup Chopped Pecans
2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double Strength

Melt together butter and cheese. Add one box of sugar at a time, mixing well. After all 4 boxes of sugar have been added, add vanilla and nuts. Spread on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Cool at least 1 hour. Makes 7 lb. of fudge.
