Vanilla-Cinnamon Milk Shake

1 Cup Cold Milk
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream (low-fat or regular)
1/4 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
Watkins Nutmeg

Place all ingredients, except nutmeg into blender container; process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
