Vanilla Chiffon

Top this light-as-air dessert with whole-berry cranberry sauce or other fruits.

2/3 Cup / 160 ml Boiling Water
2 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Sugar
1 Cup / 250 ml Canned Evaporated Fat-Free Milk
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
Dash Watkins Cinnamon
2 Cups / 500 ml Ice Cubes 

Place boiling water in blender container; add gelatin and process son high for 30 seconds.  Add sugar and process for 5 seconds.  Add milk, Vanilla and Cinnamon; process 5 seconds.  Add ice cubes and process until mixture is smooth.  Pour into dessert dishes and chill at least 1 hour.  Before serving, top with a dollop of cranberry sauce.  Makes 6 servings.
