
Trout with Mushroom Stuffing
2 Large Rainbow Trout
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 teas. Salt
1 Tbsp Watkins Parsley
1/2 teas. Watkins Marjoram
4 teas. lemon juice
4 Cup cubed bread (I think rye is best)
Sauté the onion and mushrooms in the butter until onion
is tender. Sprinkle salt, Parsley, and Marjoram over the sautéed mixture. Mix in. Add
bread cubes and toss to coat. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place trout in baking pan sprayed
with Watkins cooking spray. Fill trout with stuffing, and place remaining stuffing in pan
between the trout. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
