
Tomato Garlic Pasta Salad
16 Oz. Penne Pasta
4 Cups Tomatoes, peeled and diced
2 teas. Watkins Basil
2 Watkins Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic-Parsley Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
1 Cup Onion, chopped
2 teas. Watkins
Oregano
2 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley
1/2 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
2 teas. Salt
Cook pasta until done; drain. Transfer pasta to serving
bowl and toss with 1 Tbsp. garlic-parsley grapeseed oil. Sauté onions and garlic in 2
tbsp. original grapeseed oil until onions become translucent. Add tomatoes, basil, bay
leaves, oregano, pepper and salt to onions and garlic. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. remove
bay leaves and add parsley. Cool tomato mixture to room temperature. Pour tomato mixture
over the pasta and toss until well blended. Serves 8.
