Tex-Mex Rice

Cook 1 pound (454 g) lean ground beef along with 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Watkins Chili Seasoning in skillet; drain. Add 2 cups (500 ml) rice of your choice. Add 1 Can (8 oz. / 227 g) whole kernel Mexican-style corn, drained. Stir in 1/2 Cup (125 ml) prepared Watkins Original or Mesquite BBQ Sauce. Heat and serve with a sprinkling of cheddar cheese on top.
