
Sweet Potato Chips
2 Large Unpeeled, Sweet Potatoes, sliced thin ( the
thinner the slice the crispier the chip)
OR Watkins Cayenne Pepper
OR Watkins Paprika
OR Watkins Chili Powder
Preheat oven to 450*F. Place sweet potato slices in a
single layer on nonstick cookie sheet (recipe will make 2 batches). For a touch of spice,
sprinkle lightly with one of the suggested options. Bake 15 minutes, flipping once during
baking. Remove from the oven when chips are nicely browned. (The exact cooking time will
vary depending on thickness, keep an eye on them so they do not burn.) Serve hot or at
room temperature.
Try it with the chili powder and then serve with some
sour cream. Be creative to suit your taste.
