Savory Orange-Scented Couscous
1 Cup / 250 mL Orange Juice
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Water
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins
Chicken Soup Base
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins
Liquid Onion Spice
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins
Orange Peel
1/4 teas. / 2.5 ml, more if desired Watkins Lemon Pepper
1 Cup / 250 mL Uncooked Couscous
Combine all ingredients except couscous in medium
saucepan; bring mixture to a boil. Add couscous; remove from heat and let stand for 5
minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. If desired, sprinkle with chopped green onions
before serving. Makes 4 servings.
