
Skillet BBQ Pork Chops
4 (1/2 in. thick) Pork Chops
1/2 teas. Watkins
Garlic Granules
1/2 teas. Watkins
Ginger
1/8 teas. Watkins
Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Cup Chili Sauce or Ketchup
1/4 Cup Watkins
Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Honey
In small bowl, combine garlic powder, ginger and pepper;
blend well. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of pork chops. (Reserve any remaining garlic
powder mixture). Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops;
cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink. In small bowl,
combine chili sauce, soy sauce, honey and any remaining garlic powder mixture; blend well.
Pour over pork chops. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pork
chops are tender. If desired, serve with rice or potatoes. Makes 4
servings.
