Sour Cream and Cheese Potatoes

1 32 Oz. Bag Frozen Hash Browns
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Cup Prepared Watkins Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Pint Sour Cream
8 Oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Salt and Watkins Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
