
Raspberry-Mustard Dressing
1 Cup / 250 mL Fresh or Frozen, Thawed Raspberries
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Water
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Honey Mustard
1-1/2 Tbsp. / 25 mL Honey
2 teas. / 10 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Thyme
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Black Pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender;
process until smooth. Chill until serving time. Makes about 3/4 Cup / 180 mL, 2 Tbsp. / 30
mL per serving.
