Poor Man's Cake
2 1/2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Watkins
Baking Cocoa
1/2 teas. Salt
2 Cups Sugar
2/3 Cups Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
2 teas. Baking Soda
2 teas. Watkins
Baking Powder
2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original
Double-Strength
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Cups Cold Water
Place all dry ingredients in bowl. All all Liquid
ingredients and blend well. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for
35 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
