Traditional Peanut Butter Fudge

Oh my, this was a huge favorite for my sister and I when we were young. We loved it so much that it was the first recipe we learned to make ourselves. I have yet to find another Peanut Butter Fudge that tastes as good as this one from my mom.

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbs. corn syrup               
pinch of salt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp Watkins Vanilla - Double Strength

 

Blend sugar, milk & corn syrup in a medium pan and bring to a boil until it forms a soft ball. About 15 min. Add peanut butter vanilla. Pour into greased 8” square pan. Cool & Slice.
