
Orange Streusel Muffins
The zesty orange flavor in these moist and tender muffins
will definitely wake up your taste buds.
1 1/2 Cups / 375 ml All-Purpose Flour
2 teas. / 10 ml Watkins
Baking Powder
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Sugar
3/4 teas. / 4 ml Watkins
Cinnamon
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins
Allspice
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Golden Raisins
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Low-Fat Milk
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Orange Juice
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins
Orange Peel
1 teas. / 5 ml Watkins
Orange Extract
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Sugar
2 Tbsp. / 30 mmL Butter, softened
1/4 teas. / 1.2 ml Watkins
Cinnamon
1/4 Cup / 60 ml All-Purpose Flour
Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl; make a
well in center of mixture. Combine egg and next five ingredients; add to dry mixture and
stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling cups two-thirds
full. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle evenly
over muffins. Bake at 400*F / 205*C for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
Remove muffins from pans immediately. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
