Minted Coffee Mix

1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1/4 cup powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Watkins Baking or Pure Cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons crushed hard peppermint candy

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender;  process until blended.   Store in an airtight container.  Yield:  1 cup

Directions for Gift Card: 
Combine 2 tablespoons Minted Coffee Mix with 3/4 cup boiling water, stirring well.   Yield:  3/4 cup.
