
Low-Fat Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Boiling Water
1/4 Cup Watkins Cocoa
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original
Double-Strength
1/2 Cup Packaged White Marshmallows, chopped or 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Cook sugar and water in a saucepan over medium high heat
until a candy thermometer registers 220°F. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa, Watkins Vanilla and marshmallows until
melted. Let cool, without stirring, until bottom of pan just feels warm. Beat until
thickened and serve warm over ice cream.
Makes 1 1/4 Cups - 1/4 Cup serving size.
