
Marinated Mushrooms
The use of Grapeseed Oil
makes these mushrooms heart healthy. Grapeseed Oil is the only oil that,
not only contains anti-oxidants but also reduces bad cholesterol while increasing good
cholesterol.
Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil |
1 1/4 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/4 Cup Watkins
Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1 1/4 Cups Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Onion Flakes
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 teas. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. (or to taste) Watkins
Sea Salt
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
Combine all ingredients except Mushrooms. Pour mixture
over mushrooms and marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
