
Lemon Herbed Roasted Chicken
3 1/2 Lb. Chicken
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 teas. Salt
1 Tbsp. Watkins Parsley
1/4 teas. Watkins Thyme
1/4 teas. Watkins Paprika
Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Remove any excess fat.
Place onion in the cavity of the chicken and rub the skin with butter. Place in slow
cooker and squeeze the lemon over the chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
