Large Devil's Food Cake

1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg

Mix well in food processor or mixer.

Sift together and add about a cup at a time:
2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teas. Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Watkins Cocoa
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength

Mix until just smooth, then add:
1 Cup Boiling Water

Fold in quickly and gently, pour into a 9 1/2 x 13" pan sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray. Bake about 40 min. or until center springs back when touched. Cool in pan, then frost with:

Cream Cheese Icing:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 3 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
1/2 Stick Butter
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength

Quickly beat until smooth. Add a bit of milk if too thick. This is better if placed in the refrigerator a a couple of hours before eating.
