10 Oz. Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 1/2 Tbsp. Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. Watkins
Thyme
1/2 teas. Watkins
Marjoram
1/2 teas. Watkins
Rosemary
1/2 teas. Watkins

6 Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/3 Cup Goat Cheese, softened
2 Eggs, at room temperature
Dash Watkins Black
Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13-inch by 9-inch
baking pan with Watkins
Cooking Spray. Spread dough evenly over pan. With your fingers, make
indentations all over the surface of the dough. Brush with 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil.
Sprinkle with tomatoes and half of herbs.
In a medium bowl, combine cheese, eggs, remaining oil,
and remaining herbs. Whisk together well. Pour evenly over tomatoes. Bake 15 to 20
minutes, until edges are golden brown. Serves 12.
