
Grilled Oriental Steak
1/4 Cup
Watkins Spicy Garlic Soy Sauce or
Hot Honey Soy Sauce (more if desired)
1 Tbsp. Watkins Ginger Garlic Liquid Spice Blend, more
if desired
1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Five Spice Powder
2 teas. Watkins Red Pepper Flakes
2 1/2 Pounds Top Round Steak
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish; mix
well. Add meat to marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill meat
over medium coals 12 to 15 minutes per side for medium-rare, basting occasionally with
leftover marinade. Cook to your liking if desired. Let stand 10 minuets. Slice into very
thin slices across the grain. Makes 8 servings.
