
Grilled Cilantro-Lime Sea Scallops
Make a marinade of 1/4 cup
Watkins Citrus
& Cilantro Grapeseed Oil, 2 Tablespoons
Watkins Garlic
Parsley Grapeseed Oil, 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice, 1 Tablespoon
Watkins
Onion Flakes, 1 teaspoon
Watkins Cilantro, and enough
water so marinade covers the Sea Scallops in a bowl or other covered container.
Refrigerate for several hours. Use a grill "screen" designed for fish, veggies,
etc. and grill the scallops for approximately 2 minutes per side. Do not let the scallops
overcook. This would also be good with a dash or two of Tequila added to the marinade.
