Fruit Pizza
1 Roll (20 Oz.) Refrigerated Slice-and-bake Sugar Cookie
Dough
1/8 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
1 Package (8 Oz.) reduced calorie Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Skim Milk
2 Tbsp. White Sugar
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
1/2 teas. Watkins
Almond Extract
3 or 4 varieties of Fruits in season
1/2 Cup Apricot Preserves
2 Tbsp. Water
1/2 teas. Watkins
Strawberry Extract
Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices. Arrange cookie
slices, slightly overlapping, on aluminum foil covered 14 inch pizza pan; press edges to
seal. Sprinkle with Cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden
brown. Cool; remove from foil onto serving plate. Combine cream cheese, milk, sugar, Watkins Vanilla and Almond Extracts
until well blended. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture. Glaze with
combination of apricot preserves, water and Strawberry Extract. Cut into wedges. Makes
12-14 servings.
