
Fresh Herb Bread
1/2 Recipe Basic Roll Dough
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. Watkins
Basil
1 teas. Watkins
Rosemary
1 teas. Watkins
Parsley
Sprinkle of Watkins
Garlic Granules
Roll dough into a 15" x 7" rectangle on a light
floured surface; brush with grapeseed oil. Sprinkle garlic powder lightly over. Spread
Watkins herbs. Roll up, jelly roll fashion, starting at the short side; pinch seams and
ends together. Place roll, seam-side down, in a greased 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x
3" loaf pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees) free from drafts, about
40 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until loaf
sounds hollow. Remove from pan to a wire rack, cool.
