2 Egg Whites
1/2 teas. Watkins
Almond Extract
1 teas. Watkins White
Vanilla
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
Combine sugar and flour, add Watkins Almond
& Watkins
White Vanilla extracts. Fold in egg whites which have been
beaten stiff. Spoon batter over heavily sprayed (with Watkins Cooking Spray) baking
sheet (even if Teflon coated.) Bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove and
fold immediately. (Substitute your favorite Watkins extract for the almond for a
unique taste.
