
Fluffy Peaches N Cream Pie
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Cold Water
1 Package Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Hot Water
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sugar
1 Can (15 oz. / 425 ml) Sliced Peaches in Light Syrup, drained
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Original Double-Strength Vanilla
1/2 teas. / 2.5 mL Watkins Peach Extract
1 Cup / 250 mL Reduced-Calorie Whipped Topping
1 (6 oz. / 170 g) Ready-Made Graham Cracker Pie Shell
Reduced-Calorie Whipped Topping for garnish (optional)
Sliced Peaches for garnish (optional)
Add cold water to blender or food processor container.
Sprinkle gelatin over water and blend on low speed. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes to allow
gelatin to soften. Add hot water and process until gelatin is dissolved. Add sugar,
peaches, and extracts. Process until smooth. Pour into shallow mixing bowl and chill until
mixture begins to thicken. Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie shell. Chill at least
two hours. Garnish as desired. Makes 8 servings.
