
Florentine Scalloped Potatoes
2 Cups Prepared
Watkins Cheese
Soup
1 Can (16 Oz.) Tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 (10 Oz.) Package Frozen Chopped Spinach
1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
1 Tbsp Watkins
Parsley
1/2 teas. Lemon Juice
1/2 teas. Watkins Marjoram
1/4 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
Watkins Pepper to taste
2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
4 Cups Thinly Sliced Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2 quart casserole
pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except 1/2
cup cheese and the sliced potatoes. In casserole pan, layer sauce alternately with
potatoes, beginning and ending with the sauce. Cover; bake one hour and 10 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes. 6 servings.
