Creamy Decorator Icing

1 Cup / 250 ml Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp. / 15 ml Water
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Extract of choice (more or less to taste)
1 to 2 Tbsp. / 15 to 30 ml Half and Half
Food Coloring (if desired)

Combine all ingredients until smooth and spreadable. Enough for 3 to 5 dozen cookies.
