Creamy Coconut Apple Crunch
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Dry Watkins
Coconut Dessert Mix
3 Cups Sliced Cooking Apples
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 teas. Watkins
Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Watkins
Coconut Dessert Mix
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
1/2 teas. Salt
1 Egg
Put first 3 ingredients in 8 inch baking dish. Mix rest
of ingredients well and pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or
until apples are tender and topping is light golden brown.
