Country Apple Cake

1 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 teas. Salt
1 teas. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Watkins Apple Bake Seasoning
3 Cups Peeled Chopped Apples
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength
1 Package Whipped Topping Prepared with Watkins Vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and apple bake, mix well. By hand, stir in apples and walnuts. Add 2 teas. Watkins Vanilla. Bake in 13 X 9" pan at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool completely and serve with whipped topping.
