
Caramel Corn
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Butter or Margarine
½ teas. Salt
½ Cup White Corn Syrup
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon Watkins Caramel Extract
4 quarts of popped popcorn
Put first 4 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off heat and add baking soda and Watkins
Caramel Extract. Pour over popped popcorn. Stir. Put in big roaster pan. Bake 1 hour at
225 degrees. Stir every 15 min. Remove from oven and break apart.
