Quick Coffee Fluff Recipe

1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee Granules
2 1/4 Cups Cold Milk
1 Envelope Whipped Topping Mix
Prepare 2 Cups of Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix (Pudding)
1/2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Dissolve coffee in milk in bowl. Add whipped topping mix, pudding mix and cinnamon. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, about 1 minute. Gradually increase mixer speed and mix until mixture forms soft peaks, 3 to 6 minutes. Fold in nuts. Spoon into individual dessert glasses. Chill. Garnish with additional whipped topping and pecan halves. (Makes 8-9 servings)
