
Chicken Sesame
4 Chicken Breasts, skinless & boneless
3/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/3 Cup Watkins Spicy Garlic
or Hot Honey Soy
Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
In a bag, shake chicken in cornstarch, brown in
Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil in large frying pan. Take out and drain on paper
towels. Rinse frying pan clean and add the soy sauce, sugar and sesame seeds. Heat until
sugar is dissolved. Add chicken, cover and simmer slowly 45 minutes or until tender. Check
occasionally to make sure chicken does not stick. 4 servings.
