
Cheese Enchiladas
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Flakes
1/4 teas. Watkins Liquid Garlic Spice
1 Cup Prepared Watkins Chicken Soup Base
1 16 Oz. Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp. Watkins Chili Powder
1 teas. Watkins Cumin
1 teas. Salt
1 teas. Watkins Oregano
1/8 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
12 Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sauté onion in small amount of Watkins Original
Grapeseed Oil. Add garlic flakes, liquid garlic spice, chicken base, tomato
sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer UNCOVERED for 1 hour. Fill each
tortilla with approximately with 2 Tbsp. cheese, then roll and place in 9" x 13"
baking sheet. Pour sauce over filled tortillas and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Options: 1/2 Lb. browned ground
beef may be added to sauce as it simmers. Add 1-2 Tbsp. refried beans to each tortilla
before rolling.
