
Chocolate Chip Pie
1 Cup Butter, room temperature
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
6 oz. Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Pecans, chopped
1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
1 Unbaked, 9-inch Pie Shell
Whipped Cream or Ice Cream for topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl,
cream butter and sugar. Add Watkins Vanilla,
eggs and beat well. Stir in flour and stir in chocolate chips, pecans and coconut
gradually. Pour mixture into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Top will be a deep golden color while center may still be soft. Makes 8 servings.
