
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 Package (3 oz. / 85 ml) Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Butter, softened
2 Cups / 500 mL Powdered Sugar
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and beat
until smooth. Makes enough to frost one 8- or 9-inch / 20- or 23-cm round or square cake,
9 servings.
