Cranberry Bread Pudding

2 Cups Milk, scalded
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 teas. Sugar
1 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 teas. Watkins Nutmeg
6 Cups Bread Cubes, made from buttered toast
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

Mix together everything but the bread and cranberries. Place the bread and cranberries in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray. Pour the liquid over the bread and fruit. Place casseroles into a pan of hot water, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Serves 8.
