Caramel Bread Pudding
1 Cup Brown Sugar
5 Slices Bread
3 Cup Milk
3/4 teas. Watkins
Caramel Extract
1/8 teas. Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
Place sugar in bottom of a well-buttered casserole or
baking dish. butter bread, remove crusts, cut each slice in quarters. Place in dish on top
of sugar. Mix the milk, salt, eggs, caramel extract and vanilla and pour over the bread.
Bake at 350 degrees about 40 min. or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Serve with ice cream.
