Butterscotch Squares

2 Tbsp. Butter
5 Tbsp. Flour
2 Eggs
1/8 teas. Baking Soda
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; melt butter in 9" square pan. Beat eggs slightly.  Combine sugar, flour, soda and nuts then stir in eggs. Add vanilla. Pour mixture over butter in pan. DO NOT MIX. Bake 15-20 minutes. Turn onto rack immediately.
