Betty's Candied Yams

Red Garnet Yams
Pineapple Chunks or Tidbits or Sliced Apples, unpeeled
Watkins Pumpkin Pie Spice
Brown Sugar
Butter
Marshmallows

Clean yams (unpeeled) with Watkins Fresh Wash. Wrap in paper towel and microwave until cooked, but not mushy. Spray casserole with Watkins Cooking Spray. Slice Yams and layer in casserole. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Layer on pineapple or apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add another layer of yams. etc., ending with a layer of yams. Dot with butter. Cover with marshmallows. Bake at 350 until marshmallows are lightly browned.
